Footbal tickets, Barcelona vs Espanyol !

Two tickets to see barcelona v espanol for sale, bought them for 190.00 for my husbands 30th but unfortunately now cannot go due to family commitment. Game is on sunday 6th jan 2013 Have contacted barcelona fc to ask for refund, but as the have been confirmed by the club they are unable to refund us, however have a confirmation email from fc barcelona to say tickets can be collected from ticket office near camp nou on weekend of match by anybody as long as thay have the confirmation voucher.
